Practical value
Does it reduce the time and effort involved in a recurring coaching problem?
The product concept
Coaching Intelligence is developing practical planning support for adult youth coaches, with the coach in control of every decision.
Whole-game planning
The proposed application would bring batting, defensive, and dugout plans together around player availability, position readiness, league rules, and workload limits.
When attendance or game conditions change, it would help coaches repair future innings while preserving completed game history, manual assignments, and locks.
Recommendations should be understandable, editable, and grounded in the information the coach provides. Coaches retain final authority and responsibility.
The game-planning application is in development. Research helps us decide what to build, test, improve, or leave out.
What research must answer
Does it reduce the time and effort involved in a recurring coaching problem?
Can coaches understand recommendations and adjust them to fit their team?
Can the workflow respect league rules, local policies, and real game conditions?
