Reed Miller

From the field to Coaching Intelligence.

Reed Miller is the founder and CEO of Coaching Intelligence. His coaching background includes volunteering to coach underprivileged children while in college, and he is approaching eight years of experience coaching young athletes ages 4 to 18.

For nearly five of those years, he has also coached his own children in multiple sports. His experience includes youth baseball and soccer, bringing a firsthand view of the preparation, adjustments, and teaching that go into a season.

Reed is developing Coaching Intelligence to help coaches use player readiness, availability, and development information when planning lineups and responding to changes. Beginning with baseball, the company aims to reduce planning demands while keeping coaches in control of the decisions that affect their teams.

Through coach research and Practice Intelligence, he is working to turn practical coaching needs into clearer planning and athlete-development resources.
