The coach stays in control.
Tools should support human judgment, explain their recommendations, and respect the coach’s decisions.
Our mission
Coaching Intelligence exists to make the work around youth sports simpler, so coaches can focus on teaching, preparing players, and building confidence.
Why we are building
Youth coaches balance lineups, attendance, league rules, practice preparation, and the needs of developing players. We aim to make those responsibilities easier to manage through clear, practical tools.
Our goal is to help coaches create experiences in which young athletes feel included, prepared, confident, and excited to keep participating.
How we work
We listen to coaches and league leaders, study their workflows, and use their feedback to shape what we build. The current research begins with youth baseball; Practice Intelligence also offers baseball and soccer resources in beta.
Learn about the researchOur principles
Tools should support human judgment, explain their recommendations, and respect the coach’s decisions.
Planning and practice resources should support readiness, participation, and learning across different stages of development.
We test ideas against real needs, protect player information, and improve the work as we learn.
